We are seeking a responsible and organized
Placement Officer cum Admin
to handle student placements and administrative activities at our Vyttila center. Candidates should have
6 months to 1 year of experience in placement coordination or administrative roles
.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Responsibilities:
Coordinate student placement drives and interviews
Maintain placement data, student records, and employer details
Communicate with recruiters and companies for job openings
Schedule interviews and provide placement updates to students
Support training and placement-related programs
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Maintain reports, files, and documentation
Assist the training section with scheduling and coordination
Handle student and employer queries professionally
Eligibility & Requirements
Any graduate
6 months to 1 year of experience
in placement, HR, or admin roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel)
Ability to multitask and work independently
