Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Placement Officer cum Admin

to manage student placements, coordinate with hiring partners, and handle daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements. Coordinate interviews, job fairs, campus drives, and placement activities. Collect job requirements from employers and match suitable candidates. Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career opportunities. Maintain placement records, employer databases, and student placement data. Track placement outcomes and prepare regular placement reports.
Administrative Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation. Maintain student records, attendance, and internal reports. Coordinate with trainers, HR, and management for smooth operations. Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally. Support HR activities such as onboarding and basic coordination. Ensure proper maintenance of office files and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (MBA or HR/Marketing background preferred). 1-3 years of experience in placement, HR, or administrative roles (freshers with strong skills may apply). Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills

Experience in an educational institution or training center. Knowledge of recruitment and placement processes. Basic understanding of HR and student counseling.
