Job Overview
We are seeking a Placement Officer cum Admin to manage student placement activities, coordinate with hiring companies, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a proactive work attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Responsibilities:
Coordinate campus placements and job drives
Communicate with companies regarding hiring requirements
Maintain and update student placement records
Follow up on interviews and placement outcomes
Guide students on job opportunities and interview schedules
Collect and verify placement-related student documents
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain records, reports, and official documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and trainers
Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor handling
Provide administrative support to HR and management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
