We are seeking a dedicated Job Placement Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Job Responsibilities

The specialist will connect students with job opportunities, cultivate and maintain relationships with employers, and coordinate recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities include conducting mock interviews, coaching students on job search strategies, and liaising with companies to identify job openings and recruitment needs.

The role involves fostering partnerships with industry professionals and ensuring students are equipped for career success.

Qualifications

5 YEARS Experience with Recruiting, Job Search strategies, and connecting candidates to potential employers

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build employer partnerships and guide candidates effectively

Knowledge of HR Policies and practices to support recruitment and placement processes

Prior experience in education, career counseling, or placement services is preferred .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
