We are seeking a

dynamic and result-driven Placement Manager

with 2-3 years of experience to manage and strengthen relationships with industry partners and assist students in placement activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, corporate outreach experience, and a strategic mindset for expanding placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring partners. Directly visit companies and initiate collaboration for student placements. Plan, organize, and conduct campus placement drives. Handle client communications and negotiations for student placement opportunities. Convince clients to onboard for recruitment activities. Generate innovative ideas and strategies to approach and collaborate with multiple companies. Maintain regular follow-ups with companies and ensure smooth coordination for placement activities. Coordinate with internal teams to match students with suitable opportunities.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate

in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields). Minimum 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate outreach, or business development.

Salary:

As per industry standards and based on performance in the interview.
