Hiring Placement Manager at Orane International!

Department:

Training & Placement / Career Services

Experience Required:

3-7 years (Education / Training / Skill Development / Beauty & Wellness preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Industry & Employer Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with salons, spas, wellness centers, corporates, and international recruiters. Identify new placement opportunities and tie-ups across regions. Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer visits.

Student Career Support

Provide career counseling, grooming sessions, and mock interviews. Prepare students for job readiness (resume building, soft skills, professional etiquette). Match students' skills with suitable placement opportunities.

Placement Operations

Conduct placement drives at centers and ensure smooth coordination. Maintain a database of students, employers, and placement records. Track placement status and generate reports for management.

Collaboration & Training Support

Work closely with trainers, examiners, and academic teams to align skills with industry requirements. Collect employer feedback and suggest training improvements.

Compliance & Branding

Ensure placement activities adhere to company policies and quality standards. Represent Orane International at external forums, career events, and networking sessions.

Skills Required

Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of the Beauty & Wellness industry trends. Ability to organize events (placement drives, job fairs). Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related field preferred).
