Job Summary

Beat Education is looking for a motivated

Placement Intern

to assist our Placement Cell in coordinating student placement activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers passionate about

career development, student support,

to gain real-world experience.

As a Placement Intern, you will support the team in

connecting students with job and internship opportunities

, preparing them for interviews, and assisting in the smooth conduct of recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to companies and recruiters for

internship and job openings

Support the team in building and maintaining

industry relationships

Assist students with

resume building

and

interview preparation

Help conduct

mock interviews

,

group discussions

, and

soft skills training sessions

Share placement opportunities and

placement drive schedules

with students Collect and maintain

student data

, resumes, and application tracking sheets Help coordinate

online and offline campus drives

Support the Placement Officer with daily administrative tasks Gather feedback from students and recruiters post-interviews

Skills Required

Good communication in

English and Malayalam

Basic skills in

MS Office

Google Sheets

Team player with strong

time management

A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
