Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the annual placement strategy for the institution
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, industry panels, and corporate talks
Liaise with corporate HR and talent acquisition teams for internships and final placements
Guide and mentor students in career planning, interview preparation, and resume building
Track job market trends and align placement efforts with industry requirements
Collaborate with faculty and departments to ensure students' industry readiness
Develop training modules and coordinate soft skills, aptitude, and technical training
Maintain placement records, reports, and analytics for institutional reporting
Represent the institution in industry forums, academic summits, and networking events
