The Placement Officer plays a vital role in ensuring successful employment outcomes for students by aligning their skills and aspirations with the right job opportunities. The position involves developing strong industry linkages, organizing placement activities, and preparing students for the job market. The Placement Officer works closely with multiple stakeholders including candidates, alumni, employers, and internal departments to drive effective placement results.

Build and maintain strong connections with service industries, MSMEs, and manufacturing companies.
Identify and secure job and apprenticeship opportunities for students.
Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
Conduct pre-placement talks and workshops.
Guide candidates in resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette.
Organize and conduct mock interviews.
Maintain detailed records of placement activities and generate periodic reports.
Engage with alumni to leverage their networks for placement opportunities.

Experience:
