Location: Thane / Mumbai (Hybrid / Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Placement Business Development Executive who will be responsible for onboarding companies with job requirements, coordinating placements, and ensuring successful closures. The role involves client acquisition, requirement understanding, and placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard companies with active hiring requirements

Understand job roles, skills, salary range, and joining timelines

Coordinate with recruitment team / source candidates for open positions

Share candidate profiles and schedule interviews

Follow up with companies and candidates for interview feedback

Ensure placement closures and joining confirmation

Build long-term relationships with HRs and hiring managers

Maintain company, candidate, and placement data in Excel/CRM

Coordinate with colleges and TPOs for fresher placements (if required)

Achieve placement and onboarding targets

Required Skills:

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Good negotiation and convincing ability

Understanding of recruitment & placement process

Comfortable with calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn

Target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Any graduate (HR / MBA preferred)

Experience in placement consultancy or recruitment is an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can apply
