We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Placement Officer

to join our Training & Placement Department at Cambridge Institute of Technology. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in

HR, Recruitment, or Marketing

, and a passion for building strong corporate relationships to facilitate student placements and internships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with companies and industry leaders to secure placement and internship opportunities for students. Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and training sessions. Guide students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and industry readiness. Liaise with academic departments to align placement activities with student skills. Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports. Assist in organizing career development workshops and seminars.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum

2 years of experience

in

HR, Recruitment, or Marketing

. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to engage with corporate stakeholders and students effectively. Good organizational and event management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
