Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Employer Engagement & Placement Coordination



Identify and build relationships with local, regional, and national employers for candidate placement. Coordinate and organize job fairs, campus interviews, and recruitment drives. Generate job openings suitable for DDUGKY-trained candidates. Maintain regular communication with employers for feedback and job updates.

2. Candidate Placement & Counseling



Counsel and guide candidates on job readiness, resume preparation, and interview skills. Match candidates' skills and interests with available job roles. Track and support candidates till successful placement and joining.

3. Documentation & Reporting (As per DDUGKY Norms)



Maintain employer tie-up letters, offer letters, joining reports, and salary proofs. Update placement data in MIS/ERP as per project requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement progress reports. Ensure all placement records are audit-ready and compliant with SOP.

4. Post-Placement Support



Conduct regular follow-up with placed candidates for minimum retention (90 days). Address any post-placement issues in coordination with employers. Collect and maintain retention proofs (salary slips, bank statements, etc.).

5. Coordination with Internal Teams



Collaborate with mobilization, training, and MIS teams for smooth candidate flow. Provide feedback from employers to improve training quality and employability skills.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Knowledge of local job markets and industries. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online reporting tools. Strong documentation and follow-up skills. Target-oriented and proactive attitude.

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

Graduate / MBA (Preferred in HR, Marketing, or Social Work).

Experience:

1-3 years in placement or recruitment, preferably in DDUGKY or similar skill development projects.

Preferred Background:

NGO / Training Partner / Placement Agency working under DDUGKY, PMKVY, NULM, etc.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Minimum

70% placement

achievement of trained candidates.

Retention rate

of at least 70% after 3 months. Timely and accurate submission of placement documentation. Employer satisfaction and repeat hiring.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
