Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations.
Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.
Understand employer requirements and match them with student skills.
Maintain a database of companies, job opportunities, and placement records.
Provide guidance to students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.
Collaborate with training teams to bridge skill gaps for better employability.
Prepare and present placement reports, dashboards, and updates to management.
Ensure smooth coordination between students and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR/Management or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in placement coordination or career services
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage events efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in student placements or educational institutions.
Strong industry connections and networking ability.
Knowledge of current industry hiring trends.
