Job Description

Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for student placements. Understand employer requirements and match them with suitable student profiles. Coordinate and conduct placement drives, interviews, and job fairs. Share job openings, interview schedules, and selection results with students. Guide students in preparing resumes, interviews, and professional communication. Maintain accurate records of student placements and company interactions. Follow up with companies after placement drives for feedback and offer confirmations. Achieve placement targets set by the management.
