We are looking for an

experienced Placement Counsellor

with 2-5 years of proven expertise in student/candidate placements, career counselling, and corporate relations. The role involves guiding students/job seekers in career choices, preparing them for interviews, and building strong industry connections for successful placements.

Responsibilities:

Counsel candidates on career paths and job opportunities. Conduct mock interviews, resume sessions, and career workshops. Build & maintain relationships with recruiters and companies. Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Track and report placement activities.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field. Strong communication, networking, and counselling skills. Proven track record in placements/career counselling.
