Position: Placement Coordinator
Program: Recruitment-Training-Deployment (RTD) - BSDM
Location: Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 4-5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Placement Coordinator

to manage and execute placement activities under the

BSDM-RTD program

. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with employers, organize placement drives, and ensure successful employment of candidates as per project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with companies for trainee placements. Organize job fairs, campus/center placement drives, and employer interactions. Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with resume development. Maintain accurate placement data and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with training centers and BSDM officials for placement updates. Achieve placement targets as defined under the BSDM-RTD project.
