We are looking for an experienced Placement Coordinator to manage and execute placement activities under the BSDM-RTD program. The role involves connecting with employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful candidate employment as per project targets.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with companies for trainee placements.
Organize job fairs and campus/center placement drives.
Support candidates with interview preparation and resume building.
Maintain placement data and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with training centers and BSDM officials for placement updates.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in placements or corporate relations (skill development background preferred).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and report management.
