We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Placement Coordinator
to actively manage and execute placement activities for students enrolled in IT courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in companies for walk-in interviews, coordinating placement drives, and ensuring maximum student placements through strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
Actively work towards
placing IT course students
in relevant companies
Identify, contact, and build relationships with
corporate clients, HRs, and recruiters
Bring
walk-in companies
and organize
placement drives
on campus or virtual platforms
Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including scheduling interviews, student communication, and follow-ups
Maintain a database of
employers, recruiters, and placed students
Align student profiles with company requirements and support students through the placement process
Track placement performance and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with training and academic teams to understand student skill sets
Ensure high placement conversion and employer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
1-3 years of experience in
placements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to generate
corporate leads
and close placement opportunities
Experience in organizing
walk-ins and recruitment drives
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
