Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong connections with companies, facilitating student placements, and guiding students to achieve their career goals. This role involves maintaining strong industry partnerships while supporting students with career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with companies for student placement opportunities. Collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals to arrange interviews, internships, and job drives. Counsel students on career opportunities, interview preparation, and industry expectations. Track and analyze students' performance, communication skills, and employability readiness. Organize placement-related workshops, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions. Maintain placement records and generate reports on student progress and placement status. Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and employers to ensure smooth placement processes. Stay updated with industry trends to align training outcomes with job market demands.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹41,405.31 per month
