Job Description

The Placement Coordinator is responsible for bridging the gap between students/job seekers and employers by facilitating campus recruitment drives, building strong corporate relationships, and ensuring successful placements. This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing placement activities, and maintaining placement records to meet organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals. Organise and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions. Collaborate with academic and training departments to enhance students' employability skills. Maintain a database of students, alumni, and potential recruiters. Prepare placement-related reports, statistics, and analysis for management. Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning. Liaise with companies to secure placement opportunities for students. Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters during the selection process. Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates and employers for feedback.
