Job Description

Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering / Management / HR or related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Placement, Training, or Corporate Relations (experience in engineering institutions preferred).

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coordinate campus recruitment drives

Strong networking and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

To assist in industry liaison

Organize placement drives

Mentor students for interviews

Support the overall activities of the Training and Placement Cell
