About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Placement Coordinator

to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting students with the right career opportunities, maintaining strong industry relationships, and guiding candidates throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct background checks on potential candidates. Find and secure placement opportunities for students. Provide career counselling and resume support to students and candidates. Contact companies to gather placement requirements. Coordinate and manage students throughout the placement process. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners. Monitor job market trends to identify new opportunities for candidates. Ensure successful job placement outcomes and provide follow-up support.

Requirements:



Freshers are welcome to apply

; experience as a Placement Coordinator will be an added advantage.

Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Native speaker of Malayalam with proficiency in English.

Strong ability to build rapport with prospects and stakeholders.

Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering results

Pay Range:

?10,000 - ?18,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
