Job Responsibilities UWS NGO Responsibilities (Education Center Development and Management)



Scout and identify potential areas for establishing new education centers under Unstoppable Welfare Society (UWS), prioritizing high-need locations based on community demographics and accessibility. Conduct comprehensive surveys in target areas to assess demand for free education and tuition support, gathering data on student numbers, age groups, and parental interest to inform center viability. Secure suitable, non-rented locations within slums (e.g., community halls, anganwadi spaces, government school facilities, or homes with available free space) by negotiating with local representatives, anganwadi workers, government schools, and residents. Oversee the setup and establishment of centers in full compliance with UWS standards, including infrastructure checks, safety protocols, and initial resource allocation. Manage day-to-day operations of established centers, ensuring smooth functioning through volunteer coordination; identify and recruit additional volunteer teachers via social media campaigns, workshops, and community awareness programs (with support from other team members for teaching-specific recruitment). Track and meet UWS projections for center openings, providing regular updates on timelines, challenges, and milestones to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. Organize and lead awareness programs in communities to promote UWS education initiatives, focusing on enrollment drives, parental engagement, and the benefits of free tuition. Plan and execute celebrations for important days, festivals, and student events at centers to foster community bonding, cultural awareness, and student motivation. Collaborate closely with the social media manager to maximize digital outreach, sharing center stories, events, and impact highlights for broader visibility and donor engagement. Document all activities, achievements, and challenges through photos, videos, and reports, maintaining an organized archive for handover to the social media team and internal records.

UWS Skill Development Department Responsibilities



Identify and submit bids for key tenders on various tendering platforms, preparing documentation, proposals, and compliance materials to secure funding and partnerships for skill programs. Support head office with MIS (Management Information System) tasks and back-office operations, including data entry, report generation, and process streamlining to enhance efficiency. Monitor and verify MIS data collection across all centers, ensuring accuracy and completeness through online portals or offline methods as appropriate, and addressing discrepancies promptly. Provide hands-on assistance to team leads, center managers, and other members on portal registrations, tender processes, compliance requirements, and administrative workflows. Leverage personal experience to offer strategic inputs and insights on ongoing skill development schemes and projects, recommending improvements, risk mitigations, and alignment with market or policy trends.
