Key Responsibilities
? Plan and schedule regular online aptitude tests for interns
? Create scorecards and maintain performance records
? Build and maintain strong relationships with interns and IT partner companies
? Match interns with suitable job opportunities based on skills and goals
? Maintain accurate placement records and candidate databases
? Collect interview feedback and organize it as a reference database
? Communicate with partner companies to understand hiring needs
? Conduct soft skills and placement readiness sessions
? Coordinate placement drives and ensure smooth coordination between interns and companies
Required Skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Experience in placement coordination, HR, or academic counseling
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
