They work with a variety of clients, including job seekers looking for employment and employers who need to fill open positions. Placement Coordinators may also help their clients find training or other services related to their new job. Placement Coordinators spend most of their time networking and building relationships with potential employers and job seekers. This allows them to build a database of contacts that they can use when placing candidates into jobs. Requirements: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or a related field. Placement Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications for job openings based on experience, skills, and personality traits
• Coordinating with human resources to make sure that employees are hired in accordance with company policy
• Resolving conflicts between employees and coworkers or managers
• Scheduling interviews with potential candidates, as well as interviewing candidates to determine their qualifications for job openings
• Recommending compensation packages based on the needs of the company and the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience level
• Reviewing candidates\xe2\x80\x99 resumes and cover letters to determine their qualifications
• Meeting with applicants to provide them with information about the company or organization\xe2\x80\x99s culture and expectations of employees
• Communicating with hiring managers to track candidate progress through the hiring process
