We are seeking a dedicated

Placement Coordinator

to connect our trained interns with suitable career opportunities. The role involves developing strong relationships with partner IT companies, coordinating placement activities, tracking student progress, and preparing interns for interviews through soft skills and aptitude training sessions.

06- 01 Year Experienced candidates can apply.

Plan a schedule for regular online aptitude exams, considering the interns training
progress and availability.

Identify, shortlist, and connect with MNCs, start-up's, and top organizations to source
job opportunities specific to courses

Liaise with trainers, Students and Administrative staff to ensure seamless placements
operations

Develop a digital scorecard template to record and maintain intern scores.
Include sections for different exam topics and categories.

Building and maintaining relationships with Interns throughout the recruitment
process, providing regular updates, gathering feedback Ensure intern's updated status

prior to their placement, lineup for the expectations and requirements of the

companies.

Match interns with suitable placement opportunities at partner IT & Multi media
companies based on their skills, interests, and career goals.

Maintain accurate records of placements, including details of IT companies where
interns getting placed.

Collecting Interview questions from the Interns who attended Interview and maintain
as documents Maintain strong relationships with IT companies,

Regularly communicate with companies to understand their openings and preferences Achieve an average nominal number placements and interviews for students on
regular basis Creating and maintaining a database of qualified candidates for current

and future job openings.

Give Softskill sessions for Interns who is getting ready for placements Maintain relationships with hiring companies and HR departments. Understand company requirements and communicate candidate profiles accordingly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
