We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Placement Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting students with suitable career opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and guiding candidates throughout the placement process. This role involves

regular company visits, meetings with employers, and field work

across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct background verification and initial screening of candidates Identify and secure placement opportunities for students Provide career counselling, interview preparation, and resume support Contact companies to understand hiring needs and placement requirements Coordinate students throughout the end-to-end placement process Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry partners Visit companies to conduct meetings, placement discussions, and follow-ups Track job market trends to identify new opportunities Ensure successful placement outcomes and provide post-placement support

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience as a Placement Coordinator is an added advantage Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Native Malayalam speaker with proficiency in English Strong relationship-building and networking abilities Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, and result-oriented Willingness to travel and perform field work

?10,000 - ?25,000 Cell phone reimbursement
