Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




+ Develop & implement effective strategies and provide placement assistance to students + Maintain accurate & up to date records of all placement activities
+ Monitor and report on placement metrics and outcomes
+ Help students in upskilling the personality and resume and help them across their placement journey
+ Collecting feedback from companies.

Essential Skillset/s:


Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, employers, and academic teams. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage placement drives, interviews, and related activities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online job portals and recruitment platforms. Ability to counsel and guide students on career opportunities, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
