Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with companies and industry partners for campus placements and internships.
Organize placement drives, company visits, career fairs, and industry talks.
Coordinate with academic departments to identify eligible students.
Train students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
Maintain accurate placement records, offer letters, and follow-up reports.
Act as a liaison between students and employers during the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Experience in career services, corporate relations, or academic administration is an advantage.
Strong networking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in email communication, MS Office/Google Sheets, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
