Role: Placement Coordinator
Location: Bangalore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute placement initiatives to connect learners with top hiring companies.
Forge and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, HR teams, and business leaders across industries.
Identify hiring trends and proactively source new placement opportunities.
Coordinate job fairs, exclusive hiring drives, mock interviews, and networking sessions.
Track learner job-readiness and facilitate resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and profile grooming workshops.
Monitor key metrics including placement rate, offer conversion, and learner satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with career coaches, instructors, and the learning team to ensure learner success.
What You Bring:
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, job portals, and hiring trends in tech roles.
Passion for education and creating career impact at scale.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, employer relations, or placement coordination.
Previous experience in EdTech, career services, or talent acquisition is preferred.
