2-3 Experience In placement coordination, preferably in Skill sector.
Skills:
Basic in English(written, spoken);
Experience in M&E, community engagement, and multi stakeholder coordination
Adaptable, collaborative and committed to working in rural/tribal setting.
Good communication, MS Office & reporting skills

Role & Responsibilities:
Placement Coordination
Coordinate with employers, partners, and training centers for placement opportunities.
Maintain and update placement records and follow-up reports.
Assist in organizing job fairs, interviews, and employer visits.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain all placement-related documents, reports, and MIS data.
Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and project reports.
Maintain student/beneficiary profiles and placement trackers.
Counseling & Guidance
Provide career counseling and pre-placement guidance to candidates.
Motivate and prepare trainees for interviews and workplace readiness.
Monitoring & Coordination
Coordinate with field staff to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Monitor field activities related to placements and collect feedback.
Administrative & Technical Support
Assist in maintaining digital and physical records.
Perform basic computer operations (MS Office, emails, data entry, etc.).
