Placement Coordinator

Salary:20k to 45k

Location: Jajpur, Orissa

Exp:1+ year



Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify internship and job placement opportunities

Assist students in their job search by providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and networking

Collaborate with faculty to identify the skills and qualifications required by employers and ensure that curriculum is aligned with industry needs

Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs, employer presentations, and networking sessions

Track and report on placement outcomes, including the number of students placed and their employment status

Provide ongoing support to students during their internships and job placements to ensure a positive experience

Stay updated on industry trends and maintain knowledge of job market demands

Collaborate with other university departments and external stakeholders to enhance the placement process
