We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly Placement Coordinator
to guide and support our students through the placement process. This
role involves helping students build professional resumes, preparing
them for interviews, and ensuring their profiles are job-ready. You'll also
assist in coordinating placement drives and maintaining placement
records.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students in creating, updating, and refining their resumes as
per industry standards
Conduct resume review sessions and workshops for improving
student profiles
Help students optimize their LinkedIn and job portal profiles
Schedule and coordinate placement-related sessions like mock
interviews, soft skills training, and resume-building workshops
Communicate job opportunities and company requirements to
eligible students
Support students during placement drives by managing logistics
and communication
Maintain and regularly update student placement data and
performance tracking sheets
Follow up with students to ensure participation and preparedness
for interviews
Prepare weekly reports on student progress, resume readiness, and
placement outcomes
Collaborate with the placement and training teams to ensure
students meet company expectations
Key Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of resume formatting, professional writing,
and job market expectations
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and job platforms
(Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to mentor, guide, and engage students
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
