About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Placement Coordinator to manage and enhance our student placement activities. You will act as the bridge between students, training teams, and industry partners to ensure successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
Coordinate campus interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.
Maintain placement records and track employment outcomes.
Collaborate with faculty and training teams to align skill development with industry needs.
Monitor job market trends and share insights with students and management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA/HR/Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build lasting partnerships with industry stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.
