Placement Coordinator

+ Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals to create placement opportunities for students
+ Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and career fairs
+ Prepare and maintain an updated database of students, placement records, and potential employers
+ Guide and support students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and soft skills to enhance employability
+ Communicate placement policies, schedules, and updates to students and faculty
+ Collaborate with training teams to align student skillsets with market requirements
+ Follow up with recruiters to track placement outcomes and gather feedback
+ Prepare periodic reports on placement statistics and outcomes for management review
+ Promote the institution's placement success stories across relevant platforms

Experience:1-3 years in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling

Salary:(Depends on experience, skills, and interview)


Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
