Placement Coordinator - Digital Marketing

NSP, Pitampura, Delhi |

Full-Time | 6 Days (Saturday WFH)

CTC:

Up to 3LPA + Incentives

(upto ?5,000 based on performance)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to help our digital marketing students

(both online and offline batches) secure internships and full-time roles with companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry. You will play a key role in bridging our students with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end placement processes for digital marketing internships and full-time roles. Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and hiring managers. Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance. Organize placement drives, webinars, and workshops connecting students with companies. Maintain accurate databases of student profiles, placement records, and recruiter details. Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with training teams to ensure students' skills match industry requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree .

Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination or recruitment (preferably in digital marketing).

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics.

Excellent communication
