Develop and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.
Coordinate campus drives, interviews, and recruitment events for students.
Track students' placement readiness, including resume preparation, interview skills, and soft skills.
Maintain placement records, track offers, and generate MIS reports.
Liaise with training centres, trainers, and management to ensure timely placement of candidates.
Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to ensure job retention.
Identify and explore new placement avenues and industry partnerships.
Organize career counselling and job orientation sessions for students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, Social Work, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment, preferably in skill development projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Hindi (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
