Coordinate and manage all placement activities for students, including interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR teams, and industry partners for placement opportunities.
Identify job openings, internship opportunities, and market requirements relevant to student profiles.
Communicate with companies for scheduling interviews, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and job readiness.
Maintain databases of student profiles, job postings, company contacts, and placement records.
Work closely with academic, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth student flow from admission to placement.
Track placed students and collect feedback from employers to improve placement processes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports for management review.
Conduct pre-placement talks, orientation sessions, and training workshops.
Ensure timely documentation, offer letter collection, and joining follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience in Operations or Sales
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle student queries, resolve issues, and guide them professionally.
Basic knowledge of recruitment process, HR coordination, or student services.
Good organizational and reporting skills.
Comfortable working with Excel, CRM, and online portals.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
