Job description Responsibilities: 1. Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis 2. Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industries 3. Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements Regular Tasks: 1. Participating in Admission Selection interviews 2. Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules 3. Taking Personal Counsellings to students 4. Documentation works 5. Accompanying students while participating in interviews 6. Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students) 7. Good Communication Skills (English and Tamil) 8. Good Team player 9. Ability to handle and place the students 10. Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
