Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Placement & Volunteering Coordinator to connect students with job/internship opportunities and manage corporate and community volunteering programs. The role includes coordinating placement drives, conducting career counselling and employability workshops, and planning donor/volunteer engagement events. The candidate should have strong communication, networking, and organizational skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Build partnerships with companies for placements and internships. Organize placement drives, career sessions, and skill-building workshops. Plan and execute donor engagement events and volunteering activities. Coordinate with corporate partners, institutions, and stakeholders. Manage event logistics, communication, and volunteer deployment. Maintain placement and volunteer records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, Social Work, or related field. Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills. Experience in placements, recruitment, volunteering, or event management preferred. Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
