Drive overall revenue growth for personal loans by developing and implementing acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
Identify high-potential customer segments, partnerships, and channels to maximize loan disbursement and profitability.
Monitor end-to-end sales funnel performance--from lead generation to disbursement--and optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and credit teams to streamline processes, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer experience.
Set and monitor revenue, disbursement, and conversion targets for the team; provide actionable insights to achieve growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to recommend revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Mentor and guide sales and acquisition teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and target attainment.
Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory standards, and internal governance.
Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and growth opportunities.
