P&l Head Fmcg/integrated Franchise/furniture Business/rehabilitation
Job Description
1. Candidate should have 15 to 20 years of experience in QSR / Cafeteria chains / Branded Food businesses / Franchise-led food brands. (Candidates outside food / QSR industry not suitable)
2. End-to-end P&L ownership experience
3. Strong exposure to FOCO / FOFO / Franchise business models
4. Experience in multi-location, pan-India operations
5. Proven ability to raise capital / close investors
6. Hands-on experience in scaling food brands
7. Background from reputed food/QSR brands (CCD, McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Burger King, Chai Point, etc.)
8. Strong knowledge of FSSAI & food compliance 9. Bachelor's Degree Hospitality / Business , MBA Preferred
