Job Description

Convert approved personal loan leads into successful logins and disbursements Coordinate with sales, telecalling, and sourcing teams for case handover and follow-ups Collect, verify, and validate complete personal loan documentation (KYC, income, bank statements) Ensure accurate and timely file login with lenders Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender teams to track case progress Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) from login to disbursement Resolve discrepancies, deviations, and documentation gaps to avoid rejections Support sanction, agreement execution, and disbursement processes Ensure adherence to lender policies, RBI guidelines, and internal SOPs Maintain high conversion ratios from approval to disbursement Maintain accurate MIS for leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements Ensure confidentiality and data security of customer information Address customer and internal team queries related to loan status Support audits, compliance checks, and process reviews Continuously improve fulfilment efficiency and customer experience
