Craft the perfect pizza experience! Lead our kitchen in flavor excellence, collaborating with the team for culinary mastery. Manage inventory, build a strong team, and control costs while maintaining equipment and cleanliness. Let's make every slice a delight!






Quality Check of Finished Products



Conduct regular quality checks on food items during preparation and before serving to ensure adherence to standards.



Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in food quality.


Food Quality and Ingredient Tasting



Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure compliance with established standards.



Conduct tasting sessions to verify the quality and flavor of prepared dishes.


Leading the Kitchen Operations



Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.



Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff to meet operational goals.


Inventory Management



Manage inventory levels by generating indents, forecasting needs, and making informed decisions regarding procurement.



Implement strategies to minimize wastage and optimize inventory utilization.


Kitchen Team Building and Management



Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among kitchen staff.



Conduct training sessions and skill development programs to enhance team performance.


Duty Roster for Kitchen



Prepare and maintain duty rosters for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient utilization of resources.


Food Cost Management



Utilize basic measurement techniques to monitor food cost variance and implement cost-saving measures.



Work closely with the management team to achieve budgetary targets.


Kitchen Equipment and Maintenance



Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment and perform regular maintenance checks.



Coordinate with relevant personnel for repairs and replacements as needed.


Cleaning Checklists and Maintenance



Develop and implement cleaning checklists to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen.



Monitor adherence to cleaning schedules and address any issues promptly.


Monitoring Grooming of the Team



Enforce grooming standards among kitchen staff to present a professional appearance to customers.



Provide feedback and guidance to ensure compliance with Brik Oven grooming policies.


Kitchen Briefing



Conduct regular briefings to communicate updates, special instructions, and performance expectations to the kitchen team.

Requirements



Intermediate level of English proficiency in reading and writing and Professional level of English proficiency in speaking



12th standard pass or equivalent education preferred but not mandatory



Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry.



In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.



Strong leadership and team management skills.



Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.



Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.



Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
