Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation, topping arrangement, and baking.
Create a variety of sandwiches and burgers, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Ensure timely and hygienic food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
Manage inventory for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Innovate and suggest new recipes or improvements.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Skills Required:
Expertise in pizza dough making, topping, baking.
Good knowledge of sandwich and burger preparation techniques.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Creativity in food presentation and menu development.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
10th Pass / 12th Pass or any equivalent qualification.
Culinary course (optional but preferred).
Experience in fast food, cafe, or restaurant is an advantage.
