Responsibilities
Pizza Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings daily. Assemble pizzas according to customer orders and standard recipes.
Cooking: Operate pizza ovens, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and ensure each pizza is cooked to quality standards.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, handle payments, and address customer questions or concerns.
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep all work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Inventory: Assist with managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and reporting supply needs to management.
Other Duties: Perform other kitchen tasks as needed, such as prepping ingredients for other menu items like mocktails and shakes.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is essential.
Pace and Efficiency: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is crucial for food quality and order accuracy.
Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Basic Skills: Ability to read basic recipes, measure ingredients, and handle cash.
