Position: Pizza Commis Chef (Wood-Fired / Neapolitan / Italian Style)

Location: Mangalore

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with a passion for pizza are welcome!)

Your Responsibilities

Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings Operate a wood-fired or deck oven under senior chef guidance Maintain kitchen hygiene & follow mise-en-place standards Support the pizza section during busy service hours

What We're Looking For

Basic knowledge of pizza or Italian cuisine Passion to learn authentic Neapolitan pizza making Team player with discipline, energy, and a great attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
