About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Pizza Chef to run the pizza section independently at our premium gourmet outlet. The chef must be proficient in both

Neapolitan

and

Pan-style pizzas

, managing the process from

dough to final bake

. The role also covers mezze preparation, and

knowledge of mocktails & boba tea

will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare & manage Neapolitan (stone-baked) and Pan-style pizzas.

Handle complete pizza process:

dough fermentation, proofing, saucing, topping & baking.

Create and serve mezze & Mediterranean accompaniments (hummus, dips, side breads).

Ensure premium quality, consistency, and presentation of every pizza.

Manage stock, reduce wastage, and maintain kitchen hygiene.

Suggest new recipes & menu innovations.

Bonus:

Prepare mocktails & boba teas to complement pizza offerings.

Requirements 3-5 years' experience as a Pizza Chef in reputed restaurants/cafes/hotels.

Proven expertise in Neapolitan and Pan-style pizza preparation.

Knowledge of dough fermentation techniques, hydration ratios, and handling deck/stone ovens.

Strong ability to work independently with ownership of the section.

Culinary diploma/certification preferred

but not mandatory with proven skills.

Excellent hygiene, discipline, and customer service orientation.
