Make fresh dough, sauces, and toppings according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure proper use of ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment for pizza preparation.
Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen manager/chef.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to maintain freshness and safety.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high standards of service.
Assist in developing new pizza recipes, specials, and menu items.
Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Control wastage of ingredients and maintain cost efficiency.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
