Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise

Pixpit & Melting Shop operations

. Oversee daily pit work, melting shop workflow, and material handling. Ensure all activities follow

safety standards, quality checks, and production targets

. Coordinate with supervisors, production team, and workers. Maintain logs for

material usage, manpower deployment, and production output

. Inspect equipment, tools, and ensure preventive maintenance. Plan and allocate tasks to achieve daily/weekly production requirements. Monitor stock levels and reduce material wastage. Prepare daily reports and update management regularly.

Required Skills:

10+ years

experience in

Pixpit / Pit Work / Melting Shop / Foundry operations

. Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of machine operation, safety compliance, and quality standards. Ability to read drawings and handle manpower efficiently.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
